1. Providing clear and accurate information to candidates about the recruitment process, employment terms and conditions, and the requirements for working in the UK as a healthcare professional.
2. Ensuring that all candidates have the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience to perform their roles effectively and safely.
3. Ensuring that all candidates are aware of the costs involved in the recruitment process, including any fees for registration and immigration, and that these costs are fair and reasonable.
4. Ensuring that all healthcare professionals recruited from overseas are provided with appropriate support and training to help them adapt to working in the UK.
5. Monitoring the recruitment process to ensure that it is fair, transparent, and free from discrimination and exploitation.
